This two bedroom apartment is situated in a new modern apartment building in the south of Mexico City, just a few steps  away from Teodoro Gonzalez de Leon’s Torre Manacar. 

I used durable materials such as wood and concrete looking ceramic floors and millwork i made of carefully crafted walnut.

Although it is a small space, it is perfect for young couples or professionals that are looking for a well-designed, low maintenance space.
